REKRUTMEN DAN PRAKTEK SELEKSI PEGAWAI DI RSUD DR ADJIDARMO KABUPATEN LEBAK ANALISIS HUBUNGAN DENGAN HASIL SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA

Abstract


This study aims to explore humans from organizational management. This is largely responsible for the recruitment and selection process that takes place in a local government public service institution. Human resource management as a productive use of people in achieving the organization's strategic goals and the existence of a government institution in providing services to the community. The data provides evidence that in recruiting and selecting an employee in a government institution tends to pay more attention to internal recruitment, this aims to minimize large costs, while others follow a more instrumental recruitment strategy. The results of this study indicate that the culture of the organizational culture of a government public institution in Indonesia remains a frequent choice in recruiting employees through current internal or external promotion systems
